These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Siyeska Travels website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Booking Process

  • Reservation: To book a tour, you must complete our online booking form with accurate information. Upon submission, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the balance due two weeks prior to your arrival (or full payment upon confirmation if preferred).
  • Payment: All payments are securely processed through Sri Pay, supporting transactions via personal credit cards (Amex, Visa, MasterCard) and Alipay.
  • Confirmation: Your booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of your deposit and a confirmation email from our team.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. A cancellation fee may apply, and refunds are subject to the terms specific to your tour package. Please refer to your booking confirmation for detailed cancellation policies.
  • Changes to Bookings: Any requests for changes to your itinerary should be made as early as possible. We will endeavor to accommodate changes, subject to availability and potential additional costs.

Services and Inclusions

  • What’s Included: Tour packages include accommodation, transport in air-conditioned vehicles with an English-speaking chauffeur guide, and specified experiences such as guided tours, cultural performances, and wildlife safaris. Government taxes are also included.
  • Exclusions: Early check-in/late check-out arrangements, entrance/excursion fees, personal expenses, and tips are not included unless otherwise specified.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
  • Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports and any necessary visas, for your trip.
  • Insurance: While we take every precaution to provide a safe and enjoyable journey, travel insurance is not included in our packages. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Limitation of Liability

  • Service Delivery: Siyeska Travels strives to provide accurate information and high-quality services. However, we are not liable for delays, cancellations, or any inaccuracies caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political events, airline delays).
  • Third-Party Services: Our website may include links or references to third-party websites or services. Siyeska Travels is not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

Intellectual Property

  • Content Ownership: All content on our website—including text, images, graphics, and logos—is the property of Siyeska Travels or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without our prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka.
